Jaipur - Agra:
05:30 Am- Jaipur - Agra (240 Km - 4 To 5 Hours)
Early morning around 05.30 am you will be picked-up from your desired location in Jaipur by our driver in an air-conditioned car as you will leave for Agra.
10:00 Am- Visit Agra Fort
Around 10:00 am in the morning, you will reach Agra and drive straight to visit Agra Fort. This monument is made-up of marble & red-sandstone and considered as one of the greatest spectacle of Mughal era. Agra Fort was in reality commissioned in the year 1565 by Mughal emperor Akbar. It is listed as world heritage site and attracts large number of tourists (domestic & international) every year. This was previously constructed as a military structure, but later on Mughal emperor Shah Jahan converted it into a palace. Every year on 15th August (Independence Day), the prime minister of India hoists the national flag of India. It is one of the most visited tourist attractions of Agra.
After visiting Agra Fort, you can go for lunch at your preferred place.
13:00 Pm- Visit Tomb Of Itimād-Ud-Daulah (Baby Taj)
After having lunch, you will drive towards Itimad-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj). This monument is a highly renowned Mughal mausoleum that is famously known by different names like "jewel box", "Babj Taj" and many others. It was constructed in between 1622-1628 and was commissioned by Nur Jahan, the wife of Jahangir. for her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg. This tomb was primarily built with red-sandstone and marble decorations. Baby Taj has huge cruciform garden with water courses, walkways and the walls are encrusted with semi-precious stone like cornelian, jasper, onyx, topaz and many more.
14:30 Pm- Visit Taj Mahal
After this you will visit Taj Mahal which is one of the most visited monuments in the whole world. It comes under the category of seven wonders of the world as well as declared as UNESCO World heritage site. Taj Mahal is regarded as one of the finest examples of Mughal architecture that combines different features from Islamic, Ottoman Turkish, Indian and Persian style of architecture. It was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. So, if you have been planning to visit Agra then you must see Taj Mahal to have a pleasant experience.
16:30 Pm Drive Back To Jaipur
After visiting the prominent tourist attractions in Agra, you will drive back to Jaipur in the same air-conditioned car.
20:30 Pm- Drop At Jaipur
You will be dropped at your preferred location in Jaipur by our company driver.- Tour Ends
